Eatonfield have completed the development of a vehicle maintenance depot for Denbighshire County Council.

Extending to 1.35 acres the site is one mile from the main commercial centre of Bodelwyddan and served by the A55 Expressway.

The shell of the building was completed in February 2006 and Denbighshire County Council have become the tenant.
