Rialto Centre, Liverpool

The Rialto Shopping Center, a development of nine shop units built on the site of the former Rialto Cinema on the edge of the city centre.

The comprehensive refurbishment enabled Eatonfield to successfully obtain tenants and fully lease the Centre. Tenanted predominately by locally owned businesses, including a branch of Sayers, the Liverpool based bakers and O’Briens Chemists.

In 2003 Eatonfield sold the Rialto Centre.
