BREEAM

BREEAM (BRE's Environmental Assessment Method) can be used to assess the environmental performance of both new and existing buildings.

Eatonfield Homes are currently working towards a BREEAM rating for all of our new developments.

BREEAM covers the following environmental impacts:

Materials	Environmental implication of building materials.
Water	Consumption and water efficiency.
