Purchasing Procedure

If you have any queries regarding the reservation procedures, our agents will be able to help you, see their contact details under the individual development.

In order to complete your reservation we will need:

1. Details of your appointed solicitor.
2. Details of your appointed selling agent and details of the sale relating to your property.
3. Information regarding your proposed financial arrangements
4. A non refundable reservation deposit (the amount of the deposit may vary and will be confirmed by our Sales Advisors)

Following reservation, a letter will be issued to you by post, giving complete details relating to your purchase. A contract will usually be issued to your solicitors within 48 hours of reservation, if this is not possible for any reason, your solicitors will be notified accordingly.


A contractual exchange will usually be required within 28 days of the issue of contracts.

Our agents will liaise with you regarding the Demonstration and Inspection Meeting at your home, usually held 1-2 weeks before occupation.
